Yeah pulling the sick card is always a problem but as a last resort option I guess you have no choice.
Cash converters is a good call, the interest rates aren't that bad when you opt for buy-back...

True :/ just have to wait & see what happens and if I can sort anything. Still leaves me with the issue of sorting gifts/cards for my mums birthday saturday & mothers day sunday.

Trouble is im struggling to think of anything I own that would give me the value I need. :/

Hmmm

Could you use one of the payday loan companies? For a short period their interest rates can't be that high surely!?

I did try that, but they have some rule that the card you register has to have £1 on it for verification purposes, which isn't possible :/

Looks like it, unless I can find something to run into cash converters. Or saying that I may even phone the university money department tomorrow, I was reading on there pages they do offer "crisis loans" for students, so they may be able to do something. Especially if I play the "I can't get to lectures because my car's off the road" card.

Trouble is if I suffer the lectures I still wont get anywhere.

Hmmm that uni loan sounds like a good idea! I reckon that'd be your best bet!

Think that's what I will do, shall phone them in the morning then if that fails, try cash converters.

And if that fails, crawl up in a ball and cry lol

The ball-cry technique is actually highly effective! I've done it many times!

15 miles? I don't think it would leave me in any fit state to be able to do a 9 hour shift.

What one? I never got into Zelda, never really my thing!

I'm watching The Last Boy Scout whilst doing some really tedious data entry.

Ocharina of time the N64 release. These types of games have never quite been my thing, but my cousin got me into Zelda. Then a friend of mine reminded me about it a couple of months ago and I decided to blast through it again.

I've always wanted to get into Zelda but yeah it never really floated my boat.

I've been playing a bit of Far Cry 4 recently. Only got it because my PS4 was gathering dust. Late last year I got an Xbox One, PS4 and Wii U all on impulse. Probably the most I've spent on something (aside from my cars) at any one time!

Barely been touched too! frown

I'm very hit & miss with games, I can go months without playing a single one, then all of a sudden ill get back into one game and spend every spare minute playing it. I haven't got any of the next gen consoles yet, think if and when I do get one it will be the Xbox one simply for forza.

I've given up with Zelda for the night though, the emulator im using's just crashed on me.
