Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but if you're having the same sort of sinus surgery I had last year (Septoplasty and turbinate reduction were the official terms IIRC) then being back at week after surgery is not going to happen - your mileage may vary obviously but I was seriously off kilter for a good few weeks afterwards at least. I first made it back into the office three weeks after the operation and that was only because I had to be in to sort some time sensitive stuff, even then I didn't last the day! The recovery process is rather unpleasant as well - using a plastic syringe to squirt warm saline solution up your nostrils several times a day is certainly not a fun experience Reading about the recovery process sounds pretty s
