Well no actually he's from another boat that doesn't fish this late in the season, so hopefully he can have my place.
My skipper pays a wage and you get a cut of the catch whereas the others just the catch .
Only weather being so bad so has the wedge.

You get the toast on, I'll do the scambled eggs.

48, where the fk did that come from?
Happy Birthday morning Fishtigua.

I've put the kettle AND the toast on, and collected six fresh eggs. Enjoy x

Gretchen - where are the other ladies, do you know? Were we a bit too - y'know - blokey at any stage?

Obviously, the ladies have to withdraw and leave us to our cigars and brandy but that's usually much later. We're fairly lady friendly, aren't we? During the day at any rate.

Screwing down the new floorboards today. Not looking forward to it. Great idea having the boards takeoutable but I can see why its not done routinely. If you come in by the main door just shout up the stairs. And could you bring mugs of tea up to me fairly often? Thanks.

In my opinion there will be an influx over the next week or so, once respite is in place and off spring have been returned to education. Summer is a busy time for us.

My toaster is fine. You could put four of your fishy fingers in my slot?

At a boyfriends house many years ago a friend and I were hungry after a night out. The contents of the fridge freezer amounted to 3 month old Yop (still can't stomach this to this day) a loaf of bread and some Fish Fingers. We couldn't work out how to use the grill (he was passed out) so we toasted our Fish Fingers. It's was messy. Sandwich was good. Yop not so.

I've really got to go and do the floor upstairs and now that Gretchen and Fishtigua have made the Kitchens a No-Go Area I have run out of excuses. See you around eleven for coffee in the DMZ?

McAndy - did you get my PM?

Ooh, just one more thing before I go, the Obama/Putin Stand Off as we teeter on the brink of a new Cold War...

Putin's suit was much better fitting than Obama's.

There. I've said it.

Good road for a hoon indeed, then turn off over the ranges towards Farnborough and it just keeps on going, some tricky ones in the wet - nearly binned a Focus ST rather spectacularly a couple of years back through there. whistle

Just opened the wine to go with today's Sunday roast, on the front it proclaims "In vino veritas". Can't argue with that drink
