Watched the MotoGP, so good to see VR back on top. Made me very happy.
Just finished watching highlights of this.

Great stuff.

Rossi broke Marquez.

I went to this in 2008 and '10 as part of my Italian holidays, driving my own cars over there.

Which is also why I signed up to PH,because on the way back to Calais a bunch of British TVRs past me

and I asked on here where they'd been.
It was indeed. I like MM too, but after the way Rossi has been written off... It was just magic to see.

Fancy doing Misano myself. Maybe 2015...

I like this car... http://www.usedcarsaleschatham.co.uk/used-cars/ren...

I don't know why, I just do frown I know it's an overweight girls car with an unreliable folding tin top, French electrics and buckled alloys that you can see in the pictures but still I think it looks good weeping

Panorama right now, on Scotland.

Background music by This Mortal Coil.

Gorgeous, even against industrial wastelands and alcoholics.
Damn, didn't see it (am proof-reading a 40 page planning document tonight) grumpy What was the TMC music?

Hmmm undecided on that one and the MX5... I think (judging by that Renault) my common sense and sense of taste have gone to bed already. I think I'll follow them sleep

Don't know how the hood on an early Z3 works [manual or electric] but there's nothing much to go wrong

with a manual roof.

Far too many sensors and motors on these electric folding jobs.

Anecdote from yesterdays trip up n down the M40.

I passed the same lady in an MX5 going north am and south pm.

She ,like me had the hood down and I recognised the same long grey hair billowing around.

[no billowing occurred in my car]

Cheapest of 7 Barchettas on Ebay is £2K,most expensive £6K [but in lovely orange]

Seller claims Silver is the best colour.

It's the most common colour but I much prefer a solid colour like yellow, orange or red.
