Get the fishing rods out and catch a lovely north sea cod for tea.

What a crap day. Spent most of last night and this morning keeled over the great white telephone, and have spent the rest of the day in bed trying to sleep and not be sick.

To cap it all I'm in Swindon.

Leafy- I'm staying in a villa overlooking Albufiera Marina.

It has many expensive looking boats.

You would either love it or hate it.

I suspect you'd say you hate it but secretly love it deep down inside!

:-)

Nope... I'd love it.

Rich customers don't tip ad well as the more down to earth owners of the less flashy boats

Decided on doing spare ribs for daughter and me for dinner tonight. (I might see if I can find a bib to wear.) No idea what to do as a side serving, so I settled on a very rudimentary salad and, erm, skinny chips.
Jamie Ramsay. That's me.

I also had a personal message from the G8 leaders expressing their deep and heartfelt sympathy for the situation in which I have found myself.

And I'm back here next week.
