I'm sober, and hungry.

The nearest purveyor of hot food is a kebab van.

About 8 kids on the doorstep with one very harried looking Dad

shout TRICK OR TREAT!

I think I may suffer permanent hearing damage from that lot.

One of our loony and very rich clients came in this afternoon and asked about a new RIB. He wants twin supercharged V8s in one of our 30 footers.

So thats a big Jet-Ski hull with a rubber ring around it + 1200 Horsepower.

1200hp in something that weighs in as fucq-all and only 3 inches in the water. yikes

True but I live on an estate, so it's just easier to feed the little bds than clean up the mess...

There is also a sign up at work allowing staff to leave their cars on site over the weekend if they want to avoid an egging.

Cleaning is just one of Battert's many duties.

Also one of the many he fails to do.

Indeed, Battert has a "side" (rather a nasty mean streak, and as for Mrs B, best not said) biggrin

Now, I need to go away and consider my 3,000th post scratchchin

Which, given it is 101 away, could be some timehehe

Aye, all good Iva, pleased to report. After this quite busy weekend is over I'm at a funeral of a very elderly aunt on Monday. I'm sad she's gone, 83, but iI'mquite looking forward to the wake.

I know that sounds odd, but on my Mum's side I am the youngest cousin of a very large Irish family and there are cousins flying in from America, possibly Australia, Ireland and Scotland, some of whom haven't been around these parts since Uncle Frank's funeral in 1995 drink

3.00 am me and Mrs Champers got home from that one (we weren't even married then, let alone had kids) drunk

I thought you bought beans.

No. You.

So had a Friday fry-up with mushy peas. To tell the truth, not bad at all. lick

Where do you live? The Bronx?!

No trick and treaters here, if you don't have a pumpkin on display, you don't get called on. Happy with that.
