Still a bit of catching up to do, but sorry to hear about the job Mr.C. frown
It's done untold damage to the shot glass dispatch service.

Things are in hand but, compared to the well-oiled machine of yore, it's a bit ramshackle.

The builders are threatening to be finished today. That will leave only decorating for us to do. They worked on a Saturday (well, the boss did) and will have completed the job in just 8 working days. Bloody excellent effort!

I don't know if it's still there but there used to be a tiny display window on the side of Dunhill's emporium on Jermyn Street with some expensive trinkets and a beautifully handwritten card that explained, "The articles displayed in this window are protected by 50mm Bulletproof Glass."

Don't be ridiculous! Wagamama don't need 50mm bulletproof glass. Think, man. Think.

No worries Mr.C. Maybe it would be better to save it until the Christmas meet up.

I'm off to see Guardians of the Galaxy tonight, but the showing doesn't start until 21.30. It's been a while since I last visited one, but I would imagine it's still considered rude to snore in cinemas.

How's the motor doing? Any more overheating since the last time?

It's played ball so far - done a hundred or so miles since I picked it back up mixed between hoonage and pootling and the temp has been rock-solid. Fan seems to be kicking in at appropriate times as well so it remains a mystery.

My eldest step daughter, who knows about these things, advised me to update my CV.

After sprucing it up and reducing it from four pages to three, I needed a sign - some sort of divine intervention - to tell me I had it about right.

At the bottom of the page in Word I see it contains exactly 1,000 words.

smile

Yup, that'll do it.

My random number generator always produces palindromic numbers.

In the range 1-6.
