Tell us something really trivial about your life (vol 24)
Discussion
Morning, too early. Again. Massive day ahead of me, wish it was Friday.
Nottingham - Mansfield - Hounslow - Oxford - Nottingham. At an average speed of 54mph I'm sure the day will really crawl by. Not looking forward to it but know that the power of the towers will be with me.
Good luck everyone, be back later.

"The Power of the Towers." I like it.
It reminds me, we may have to alter the insignia. The Towers insignia, as you know, has the old Control Tower, the new Control Tower and the Water Tower. There is pressure to replace the Water Tower with the Clock Tower of the main house now that the clock itself has been restored. I don't have access to the logo until Battert fires up the main frame but it's on that congratulations letter from the Committee.

Morning all. Day off. Have 'cycle, will ride.
Laters alligators?
PS. If the tower has a water tower on top and the flight control tower is on top of that... then how will the controllers get up and down at the end of their shift. Will they have to swim through the tank and then climb through hatches to get in and out. Personally, I think we should add a bit of entertainment to their day and fill the tank with a couple of crocs.
Nothing like a bit of manful tarzan-with-a-knife aerobics pre shift to get the heart going. We may lose a few on the way, but the ones remaining will be the good ones

Does heraldry mean nothing to you?The towers featured in the insignia aren't architectural drawings they are merely representative of the towers, allegories if you will. In the same way, the road, runway and the lawn of the main house featured on the badge do not actually form a winged motif. Or if they do I'll be having a word with the Head Gardiner.
morning...
So far, the washing machine door latch broke, the microwave died and now the two left side burners on the cooker won't ignite from the sparky thingies. All are less than a year old.
Repair people have ordered parts
st ain't built to last any more
ION: Payday!
