I'm off for some teenage kicks today. Well, I'm driving to Wales to see No.1 son and family.

Who's going to be in charge while I'm away?

Oi, I'm the only licenced hidden-in-plain-sight elephant wrangler round here! Who brought in the ringer? grumpy
Sorry. We had to go to an agency. You were indisposed in the North Sea when we were facing this particular challenge. Or did I read the Duty Roster incorrectly.
You are not mistaken, the Roster is correct and I am busy maintaining tumble driers 160 miles east of Aberdeen. I do remote elephant wrangling too, although I confess this is a hobby rather than a professional skill.

Morning, this morning sees me running some errands whilst this afternoon will involve beer and Nottingham Forest football club.

I've a parcel to collect from the Post Office and I think I know what it is, but can't be sure. If it's not what it could be then I have no idea what it is.

Since I became crew on a lobster/prawn/Whelk/Spider crab/ boat the weather plays a big part on my wages, I.E. no fishy, no wages and there has been rough weather of late and now a whole week of nothing.

I think I'll go back to Butchery.

I'm in charge.....YOU get me one.

The Flymorari is broken anyway so no grass cutting today unless you want to use the hand shears.

Would you like to borrow my self propelled lawn mowers?

The hoover in the workshop has just split it's bag and spewed 5kg of dust into a mushroom cloud. A customer's brand spanking new boat and engine is now covered in it, me also.

It's going to be one of those days.........irked
