I could show you ,I have a chicken in the fridge which I could do a number on ,but it's probably easier to Google a pic.
If I cover the joint in bacon before roasting, will that help it to not dry out?
Try one/both of the following:

'Lift' the skin from the neck end (pinch it with your fingers) and wiggle butter between the skin and the meat, right the way down to the tip of the breast.

Or, if ready-stuffed, roast it skin side down so the fat from the stuffing can permeate into the meat. Turn it skin side up for the last 1/2 hour or so to colour the skin.

Should french cheese come in tins? We get strange stuff labelled brie and camembert, wrapped in foil and inside tin cans; they taste the same and have the same constituency. It feels wrong.

Like the first idea and will do.

Today I'm going to give my desk a new prezzie, a McLaren 'Tooned' mouse mat.

Wow, life in the Fast Lane.

Why does hotel tea taste so grim? I've just popped out to grab a box of PG Tips, a bag of sugar and a pint of milk from a nearby shop and then tried to be invisible as I walked past concierge with my bag of goodies.

You should have sent the concierge to get them for you, why have a dog and bark yourself?

That's very similar to what I suggested when you first asked about crowns, hence the weeping post when you asked wink

A General Anaesthetic to have a cold removed? I'm not sure it works like that, ali.

How is the total looking in your hair razing fund raising?
