OK, well that wasn't what you said last time, but hey, so long as you understand it that's great. Your only issue then is you need a court order in QLD and not the UK, if I'm understanding you correctly.

If you know the schools holiday system you will realise that they get around 12 weeks a year, I guess it will depend on how well she's settled in and got friends locally before spending 2/3 of them out of the country is attractive to her.
