Accuweather now offer minutecast, which is realtime weather and minute by minute foercast for your Street - great stuff. Go to their site pop in your postcode and select, then on the header above the days forecast select minutecast. I know this is a bit anal and I should get out more, but I love this type of thing.J4CKO said:

I don't understand how they have the front to publish such drivel year in year out same old, even a broken watch is correct twice a day. http://www.express.co.uk/news/nature/534304/Winter...

At least I've got more buckets this time round.
You're going to need a bigger bucket http://earth.nullschool.net/#current/wind/surface/...
I have a horrible feeling that we are in for just more of the 2013/14 winter, lots of cold in the US meeting the warm air from the Gulf of Mexico sending lots of moist windy weather to us that stops the cool air coming down from the arctic and keeps the beast from the east away.
(other half assed theories are available)

There's a big difference with last year, which is the lack of a blocking high around Alaska. (other half assed theories are available)
Looks like another great start to winter at my home in Whistler
