Made it!!!! There is MASSES of snow here. Didn't need the chains, but the last 10k was very touch and go.
Got upgraded to a B Max. They're not very economical - 1/4 tank to travel 110k...
Winter tyres rock in deep snow!!!
1/4 a tank to travel 110,000 miles? Doesn't sound too bad, possibly even good enough to offset the fact that it's a b-max...Got upgraded to a B Max. They're not very economical - 1/4 tank to travel 110k...

Well done and nice car, but if you keep pushing your luck one day you'll wish you'd have had some.
Oh I know - if it had become too scary I'd have gone back into town and got some chains. Just didn't fancy having to go for all the trouble of putting them on when really it wasn't that bad.Geekman said:
