Interesting journey this morning in the peaks, an inch or so of snow on the roads, we may be in spring but a few weeks before we can take the snow shovels out of the car.

I have a feeling it will get very lonely here for the two of us now!

Not had any new snow for a while, but still lots of it around. The snow limit is just starting to move up from sea level now.

It's actually coming down a bit here, and settling. One of the better snowstorms of the year.

Went out last night for dinner with the Wife's parents again (must learn not to do this when it's snowing as the roads were fine when we got to the restaurant, came out to 4" of snow and it being a bit chaotic).

Dropped them back off and meandered home, bit slippery in places, but not too bad.

Amazingly, despite there being some melting, it's still going.

Looks like a good amount of snow you've just got! When does it normally change over to spring proper for you?

It's spring right now... smile

It's due to snow on and off through to Tuesday (!) then be ~20c like it has been for a few weeks already.

I'd say, at a guess, that this is the last decent snowfall we'll get for a few months.

We might have a flurry or two after this, but I'll probably turn the sprinklers back on next week.

Similar to here then - well, in that it's spring anyway! We've currently had a high of around 9c, normally more around 4c. 20c here is a reasonable summer temperature, biggrin Must be interesting with such rapid changes back and forth!

So, has no-one had any of the snow they've been talking about for the last couple of days?

A couple of flurries and iced up windows. No digging required!

I did manage to develop a new aerodynamic aid on my morning commute though:

I'm just waiting for the call from Red Bull now.
hehe
