I work with a total bull¥$€#er!
Discussion
I don't know who the guy is, nor have I read any of the threads associated with him, but I'm starting to get both uncomfortable and bored with what is increasingly feeling like an internet character assassination.
Maybe you guys should start a discussion thread dedicated to this person since you appear to be rather fixated on him?

First part yes, but 2nd part certainly not - we don't need a thread on him. I posted this already in the thread but I just think it stinks of picking on someone who's clearly not right in the head. imo he's not deliberately being a cock (which would make laughing at him fair game); the guy clearly has issues and best just ignored.Maybe you guys should start a discussion thread dedicated to this person since you appear to be rather fixated on him?

The whole thread is having a dig at people 'not right in the head', being an outrageous bs'er is either someone having a weird joke or some sort of histrionic/narcissistic personality disorder. But I agree, don't persecute individuals publicly, not nice.
There is a world of difference between posting stories about a random person, who probably isn't on Pistonheads anyway, and isn't named or their picture posted, when compared to posting pictures of someone who you already know is on here. One is just a bit of fun... the other is spiteful and bordering on bullying. It says far more about the person posting it than the person being posted about tbh.KFC said:

I'm all for taking the piss out of someone (and am quite prepared to have the piss taken out of me) but it does make for slightly uncomfortable reading. The "mate from work" oversteering into a penguin was superb - as are many of the tales on here - but it's not as funny when it's a real person (if that makes sense?).

TBH, this thread is fast disappearing up its own arse. I'll probably unsubscribe soon. On a separate note, can we have less SAS stuff - it's getting boring.
(That's not a 'Flounce Announce', btw. I'm just pointing out that this thread is starting to get rather creepy and also boring as you say)
I worked for a site manager who b/s so much that he would have provided so much material for this thread. Unfortunately I do not have much of a memory.
One of his stories was. That he had his own building firm with a turnover of £70million,whilst working for £35k a year.
When I have a bit more time and my memory is working better

I have to deal with one on a regular basis, whatever anyone has done he has done better, he also has had and still does have some cars with outstanding performance, despite being fairly mundane cars, a mini that did 130mph, current rep-mobile that can perform amazing feats, but a recent non car one I found quite amusing.
Longish preamble to set the scene
A group of us were shooting the st about previous jobs and countries we had worked in, we are all expats in Africa, I was telling how on my first ever visit to Scandinavia (early 90s) I was surprised to find that the leisure suit had a sauna but no changing facilities, reception advised myself and my colleague that we should change in our rooms and use the provided dressing gowns when going to and from the leisure suit.
There was a free help yourself beer tap in the leisure suit so at Norwegian prices we thought it would be rude not to make the most of it (turns out it was low acohol beer, 2%, but we didn't know at the time).
Anyway after a few beers we decided to use the sauna and while sitting in there two ladies came in, they sat down and undid their dressing gowns, they sat there chatting using the dressing gowns as a sort of towel round their lower bodies, which was nice. To be clear they were neither young girls nor saggy old women, probably in their 30s/40s.
Mr Bullstter then butted in and said the same had happened to him in Norway, but it was members of the Norwegian volleyball team who stripped off in the sauna and he ended up having dinner with them that night.

One common trait amongst bullstters, they've never got much of an imagination. They always seem to have done something similar to you, but slightly better!

I agree that it would be inappropriate to post actual details of people who are not on PH, but anyone who has used PH as a platform for their self-serving bks should rightly expect PH to be the place where they get the piss ripped out of them.
Who was the guy who claimed to have a mitorsport management business ie an agent for up and coming drivers, but it was all fabricated? Lived in his mums spare room, and the photos on his site were stock photos lifted from Google? Was it John someone or other? Comedy gold that was about 4 years ago?
