It is a seagull and they are perfectly fine if you like smelly old two strokes that dribble black snot and gear oil everywhere, but as practical outboard propulsion they leave a little to be desired. The dinghy is an Avon, at least 1980s vintage from the colour scheme, possibly older; a very good tender but sod all use for the purpose they wish to use it for.
