How far away is 'so far from Monksways Eastleigh'?

I mean, I consider Luton so far away from Eastleigh, but then so is Canada?
I wondered what the fk it meant, and assuming it was someone asking for a man with a van, how that was facebook fail?

But whatever.
So far. Sofa.
Sofa away from me, sofa I just can't see..
Too busy delivering colour TVs?
I am glad someone got it hehe

So the 'makeover' consists of cutting down trees, destroying the garden, and replacing with grey concrete. Lovely.
