I was born £3.10 [sic] and I was pretty premature. I also spent quite a bit of time in an incubator and under supervision before my parents could take me home.

That FB post is absolutely disgusting, sure have photos of your recently passed baby but it should be a private thing; my sister has photos of her stillborn child, I havent seen them and don't want to see them, it is bad enough posting one on social media for all and sundry to see and pass around but then it goes one step further asking for "likes"; how low and attention seeking can one get.
