Really? Do you live in a cave?
Given that the last thing I saw him in was in 1990 I can quite believe that younger members on here may not have heard of him.
Wouldn't it take fewer keystrokes to Google than to ask that question though?

I reckon the last thing we saw him in was the papers after he pissed himself on a plane a wee while ago.

Full blown alcoholism, with denial and normalisation of it.
Not going to end well.

I find it pretty sad, tbh.

Normalising THAT much alcohol intake is a pretty stark indicator that all is not well - with both mind and body.

Even if he drank just half of that a day it'd still make him a fat old drunkard, I wonder how long he'll carry on like that? Not that he'd be apt to deny it when it goes pear shaped for him.

My mate drinks 2.5 bottles of red wine in a night, on his own.
I've managed a bottle of white on a few occasions but two. No way.

I could manage it but I know it's not normal!

The last time I read a story about him in the papers, it's cos he'd been thrown off a flight after getting up, getting it out and having a piss in the aisle.

In front of familes. And kids.

Sound, mate. Sound.

Bloated glutton is bloated. Can't see anything appealing is that lifestyle choice.

Mind you, I fully expect to see the slimmed down version and a diet book tv chat show promo tour by the end of the year. Either that or three trees worth of coffin.
