£10,000 - Get the Range Rover restored, put £3k in savings and another £3k off of my mortgage

£1,000,000 - Buy a house outright to live in, buy a few other smaller properties to let out, go semi-retired. Buy a nearly new Range Rover, F-Type V6S Coupe and maybe a Bentley Continental GT Speed.
