Do you think we should wait a bit to update the sent/received/photo wiki?

That way we wont be able to work out who's sent what.
Might as well update it - recipients won't know if it's someone who has marked as dispatch, or someone who is waiting before updating wink
Some people might not even say when they have bought their item and just quietly update the Wiki when they have sent it wink

I find Christmas far too exciting to do that tongue out

I am so ashamed, because I have been on the recieving end of.............

......my PH Secret Santa Presents !

I accidentally opened the box as I was waiting for another parcel from UK

and was surprised to find little packs in it rather than calendars,

and even more surprised as I recognized my "D´axterminiator" mini drag bike on the wrappings !

Then I looked at the parcel again and found the small print (handwritten) telling me it´s OK

to open it as the actual gifts are wrapped, phew.

So I just smugly updated the wiki , Thank You my dear PH SS !

Pictures......hmmmm....now or in 1 month and 1 day ?

I have already sorted out some gifts for my presentee,

but have to wait another two weeks until purchase because of....reasons.

I'm quite surprised by the distinct lack of messages of the day this year :|

WYVERN971 - Your SS is struggling to stalk you, can you pass on some clues or info? Otherwise you will be getting 200 ballpit balls.

Courtesy of Pixel-Snapper:

There's only 29 days and 13 hours to go till the big day.

Traditionally the date to put up ones Christmas decorations is determined by location.
On council housing estates the date falls about the 17th September after Jeremy Kyle but before Loose Women.

Other locations generally aim for about 12 days before and about 8 days after.

NEARLY 60 million Christmas trees are grown each year in Europe.

BEFORE turkey, the traditional Christmas meal in England was a pig's head and mustard.

ASTRONOMERS believe the Star Of Bethlehem, which guided the wisemen to Jesus, may have been a comet or the planet Uranus.

CARREAUCHOMPEUR - I gather you're partial to a bit of single track. Please describe your biggest, and most recent 'off'. Bonus points if non-life threatening blood injuries were sustained.

Who needs singletrack for a significant "off"?

All you need is a poorly-manufactured bolt holding the seat to the seatpost and in a flash, your daily commute results in a broken knuckle.

Ouch.

On the upside, I am finally getting sympathy from my wife for an accident because, for the first time, I've hurt myself doing something sensible instead of stupid. Breaking bones whilst skiing or climbing warrants a "told you so" and not a lot else...............

It just took me 10 minutes to type this with my left hand frown

Hmmm, my mountain bike is sadly under-used these days. My last significant off was tumbling down the side of a volcano in Peru last October after forgetting once again that the brake sides are reversed over there. All sand so no cool injuries sadly.

Slightly worrying question!

Hell, why play it safe...

unless it involves travelling to collect a chilli impregnated rubber fist

Gifts now order and awaiting delivery. Was tough stalking but I just went with "what would I like".

Plus trying to find something safe for work is harder than you think.

seems like i need to get my arse into gear as i haven't even started looking for a gift! that said my victim is not a very prolific poster and has a low key web presence so i'll likely end up just going with intuition. can't even work out how old they are!

Been a tough one this year I think, so I hope I've come up with something my mark would like. Or at least something a bit different than a chilli spiked fistathon.

I'll be posting out soon.
