PH Secret Santa 2014 - The Return Of the Santae

Well I was sat on the throne this morning when the buzzer went and panic ensued, seriously who delivers before 8am? Got downstairs to find this large and hefty parcel waiting for me, sent all the way from Deutschland. I'm guessing that narrows by SS down to about one 
So I was already grinning like a little kid and feeling excited, wondering what I'd done to deserver such a big parcel. Then I opened it and found there are 3 presents inside
plus lots of packaging, a bonus as it saves me getting any for my deliveries! I am slightly concerned by the long cylindrical present, what sort of packaging does a chilli fist come in? 
One other question for my SS, is there anything that needs to be in a fridge? I seem to remember a number of the previous Bavarian presents were food based?

FAO MORGS - You may put the fist in the fridge as cooling may help with the chilling effect for a few seconds, Also you may tell him that Hugo is not delighted @ being outed so easily.
Please make sure you open the little round present first because the spiced lube is in there.

He should have got some of his fellow Deutschlanders to join in then 
I know Adenauer did last year, which added some mystery! I'm choosing to ignore the other bit
