This is true. My partner has an eighteen year old, and you would not believe how stoopid we are currently! His incredible superiority over us is crushing! biggrin

That I'd been spelling the word "Maybe" wrong for almost my entire life - I always wrote it as "Mabye". All the way through school, college & university and it was never once picked up. It was only when I started using computers that I realised redface

I knew a girl aged about 40 who thought 'albeit' was pronounced all-byte. Kind of logical I gues, but surprised no one had pointed it out.

A couple of years ago it suddenly dawned on me that the red bit of the F1 logo isn't the "1", the white space in between the F and the red bit is.

... That ageing seems to shift hair grown distribution. Mutant eyebrows that need a strimmer, nose hair that could grace a barbed wire fence and hairy ears. Wax strips gentlemen...waxing your ears beckons as age slips from the ruminations of the early 40s to the rheumatics of the late forties.

I never thought otherwise, but as a background I knew about the Fed Ex arrow after reading an article on logos many years ago which pointed it out, hence I am conditioned to look for such clever use of whitespace.
