PH Euro Lottery syndicate one-off: let's do this!

Right, this will either work brilliantly or die a horrible death. I proposed it in one of the other lottery threads, but felt it needed its own. But either way, let's find out.
I'm proposing a PH syndicate for this Friday's Euromillions - £150m jackpot.
The list below highlights the rules. After having looked at the lottery's syndicate guidance (https://www.national-lottery.co.uk/c/files/syndicate-pack.pdf), it basically outlines who is responsible (me) and members names/contributions/payouts/dates. With electronic signatures being acceptable in legal documents, there's no reason why this can't work here. But, in all honesty, we just want people who are going to be good sports here. But to summarise:
- £2 per member (no multiple entries: keeps things simple)
- money to be paid by Paypal gift to me by 6pm on Friday 24th October 2014. This allows me to buy the right number of tickets before the 7.30pm deadline
- everyone who pays the £2 before the deadline gets an equal share if a substantial prize is won
- any wins of less than £100 are re-invested in the next Euromillions draw (Tuesday 28th October 2014). Wins above this amount and less than £1,000 will be paid via Paypal back to the address the entry came from
- if Friday's draw yields prizes of less than £100 and those funds are re-entered on Tuesday 28th Oct 2014 and they also yield prizes of less than £100 then the re-entry process will be repeated with each Euromillions draw until the fund is gone or until the fund is over £100 or £1,000, at which point it follows the other rules outlined here
- wins above £1,000 will be informed to members via their Paypal emails and bank transfer details sought
- number of entries limited to 150 PH members. This ensures that, should we be the only winners of the jackpot, everyone becomes a millionaire. Fairly pointless you might think, but it's a nice touch that I like
- you must be a PH member to participate (defined as: being registered with a PH account and having a PH username)
- if you forget to select the gift option (and therefore less than £2 reaches me), your contribution remains void until you pay the remaining balance! If I notice this, of course, I will endeavour to let you know before the 6pm Fri 24th deadline.
- if we win a prize above £1,000 then we will tick the 'no publicity' box. However, I can't prevent individual members posting about it here/telling their families/postmen/dogs and the story getting out. It wouldn't compromise your identity, though. I won't be sending the list of members to anyone.
I think that covers everything.
If you want to enter, send £2 VIA PAYPAL GIFT to paultait *AT* gmail.com. You also need to include your PH username, so I can track the entries. No need to include your bank details unless we get a big win that I'd need to transfer back, as identified above. Sending your £2 to my paypal account constitutes your acceptance of the rules I have proposed in this post with your digital signature.
If anyone thinks I'm desperate enough to run off with your 2 quid, then have a look at my email address. I've also in the past posted about my job - I teach English to secondary school kids in the Doncaster area. It wouldn't be too hard to find me!
For my own sake: I have already had a few goes on this Friday's draw as a private individual. However, these entries are all on my online account and dated/timed before this post, as all online lottery purchases are. This could be verified in the event that I win on my private entries. I will not be entering as a private individual apart from these tickets - i.e. no private entries after the time of this post.
Good luck to us all!
(feel free to post what car you'll be getting from the classifieds when we win!)

OP is currently smoking a cigar and calling us all mugs as I type. He's eating a steak tonight thanks to us, whilst laughing at how daft we have all been sending £2 to a complete stranger. What was that dear... more champagne, certainly
This was my first thought, however I've seen the conclusions of a good ol' fashioned PH witch hunt over less than £300 before now, I wouldn't want to be the OP with the combined might of all our company directors on my tail! Darkslider said:

For those that dont know, an internet fraudster was caught and apprehended due to the info found by some PHers on an old thread. Infact I will dig it up for those to read, its pretty intresting.

I have full trust in the OP though and thanks again for orgainising all this.

Not wishing to be a party pooper, but as I remember there were a few legal wrangling to go through when setting up a lottery consortium.
Contracts can be verbal, never mind written!I linked to the lottery's guidance in the first post. I think I've more than covered it. Obviously, I'm relying on people's good character, but all funds will be used and tracked as best I can and I'll post proof of the tickets in advance of the draw.
I can't do much more than that! This is a decent community and I think people share that sentiment.
I've replied to everyone confirming receipt up to 20:39. But every time I type in this post it gets another
We're almost at 80 members already. Great effort, folks!
