You guys need to read the syndicate terms you've already agreed to (!)

This sort of situation was anticipated long ago. Roll overs are clearly defined. No extra contributions. Payouts at a set level

My problem is that I'm just overly keen to send money to (relative) strangers on the Internet.

No one should be sending any more money!

Not sure what the strangers on the internet comment is aimed at. But I've run this quite a few times now with complete success. If you think I'm going to run off with your £2.50 then feel free to just watch! Tickets are proven in advance and I've dropped several very clear hints as to where I work to reassure people. In fact, a couple of people in the syndicate live within a few miles.

Back to the positivity, please!
