For any bars you want to be in on the night, my top tip is talk to the doormen a few days ahead. Not the manager, for it is not he that shall be blotting out the moonlight with arms the size of cannons, but the doormen.

You need to be really careful about that large a group and just turning up somewhere.

For mine, my best man arranged drinking during the day and then a meal in the bar/club before having a table in the nightclub bit.

This way you are in the venue a bit earlier than you normally would be (people weren't too drunk by that point)...you are eating food (always helps)...and you all get in.

Hire a gay dwarf with a serious drug habit. Paint it blue. Handcuff it to the groom at the very beginning of the stag do.

Karting, with 26 of you you've got the venue to yourselves for a few hours, it'll be good competition and it keeps the early beers at bay.

Do any pub crawling in the afternoon. It just isn't possible to move 26 people from bar to bar in any town centre outside of Vegas.

Find a venue that doubles as a night club/late night bar, book for 26 and fill your boots. You may have to compromise on the venue but a bit of cheese tends to make a stag do.
