Post Office question

Post Office is now a separate govt company. Mails as an income stream is declining as PO is just an agent for Royal mail. With all the new competitors in the mails game, PO income is declining in this space.

So now the PO will become a one stop shop selling mail products for RM and telecom products, banking products, insurance products & travel products.That is the new strategy to make 11500 PO in UK a network that generates its own income and is profitable.

Profitable being a few years off in the future.

All that upselling slows the queues, and annoys me.
If I wanted an ISA with my book of stamps, i'd ask for one.
