What a weird question! If you don't like Blighty, just go now. Waiting for a infinitesimal chance to live the way you want is very very sad. This is not a rehearsal, carpe diem, etc.
And, no, I'd stay here. I like it here.
The following statements are very different:And, no, I'd stay here. I like it here.
"If I was absolutely minted, I would like to live somewhere else"
"I absolutely hate Britain and can't wait to leave"
I had this discussion with my work mate, he’d leave the UK and I’d stay. I asked him why he’d leave and he didn’t really say why apart from ‘there are better countries to live in’. I can’t think where he means or what he means by better and he couldn’t give a reason as to why it would be better to leave the UK because he hasn’t lived anywhere else.
I guess it’s down to personal opinion and desire to live elsewhere. I have friends in Perth Australia who are doing well, but its Australia and Perth.
Britain is the best country in the world to live in for many reasons but this is just my view. At the tip of the iceberg Britain has seasons, sea sides, culture, history, architecture, diversity, opportunity, countryside and conversely cities and freedom.
With a huge lottery win I’d buy land, build a house and live in England.

To answer the question, no, I wouldn't. But I'm more interested in the number of people who want to move to Aus or NZ.
I worked for a year in Aus, and I enjoyed the lifestyle, the pay and the people (mostly). However, I just have no affection for it, it leaves me with an empty feeling. I had a great job that I really loved and worked with fantastic people that I miss, but when my boss offered me sponsorship for a visa so I could stay for upto 4 year, I just couldn't accept it, I just don't see my life there.
I have just come to the end of a 5 month contract working in New Zealand. I completely love this country, I could fit into life so easily here. People are so friendly and have no prejudice about foreigners working here as long as you speak English and integrate with the community. The country is beautiful and I would never tire of waking up with a mountain on my doorstep. Can't wait to come back next year. I'd happily live here, but I wouldn't move here.

it's an interesting concept though. If you had that much money, there would be no need to emigrate as such. Rich people only nominally 'live' in a place, in reality they'd have several houses spread across all the places they like in the world, and more than enough means to travel in between as often as they wanted. I don't think there would be a need to 'leave' the UK, you just can spend some time elsewhere. There would always be things you'd miss, unless you really do hate the place in which case emigrate now.
