Coffee!

It amazes me how so many people are prepared to pay £2.50-£3 for a cup of coffee, several times a day, every day.

Buying 2 coffees per working day @ £2.50 each is £25 per week.
Or, £110 per month (22 working days).
Or, £1175 per year (47 working weeks).

Adds up, doesn't it?
Yup - I had an epiphany a while ago I totted up and realised it was costing me about £1,400 on fricking "... barista made..." coffee! Can bet I knocked that on the head PDQ

Getting married next year and the second any fking parasite hears the 'W' word it seems a licence to wallet rape them frown Now hunting around for more sensibly priced people, though the venue is special and (IMO) doesn't really cost that much so that's a good start. We checked out our local golf club for function hire for the reception - £4,000 ish!!!! Food extra!!!!!!!! Seriously???? I want your fking scabby place for a few hours in the evening, that's it <grumble grumble>

And don't even get me started on printer in frown

Takeaway pizzas.

A large Dominoes is what? 2lb in weight, so that is the same amount of dough as a loaf of bread, 200g catering cheese, 200g of cheap salami and a hand full of vegetables.

18 bloody quid.
I've never paid full price for a dominoes. It's extortionate. There's always a discount code knocking round for like 50% off orders over £25 or something.

Pest Control. Particularly removing wasp nests...

£49.95 paid to a man who attended within 20 mins of my call, blew a bit of powder onto the nest and was gone within 5 mins.

Lesson learned. This year when I had another nest, I went to local DIY store and purchased said powder for £3.95 and did it myself (and probably still have enough powder left to do another 4 nests!)

Yep and you can buy 5 Tesco own brand ones for about 60p and in all honesty they taste just as nice.

whenever i order a dominoes i tell them i have a voucher for any pizza, any size for £9.99.

they never question it, never ask for the voucher when it's delivered and it's never failed me.

At list price 2 Large Pizzas would be £34 alone from Dominos!

I only ever go on 2 for Tuesday myself and still paying equivalent of about £8.50 for a pizza then which is not exactly cheap.

I buy 501's through Amazon directly from the states, normally for around €50 including delivery.
