Has anyone else heard of the "countryball" memes? For those who dont know, they are short comic strips acted out by little balls painted in the flag of the country they represent. Often the comic strips lampoon national stereotypes, or recent political events and are written in the pidgin English of the countrys they represent.
some people have called them offensive, but personally I find them hilarious!

Here's a few examples:

I don't "get" half of them but not offensive except to those who are offended by every little thing.

Speeling is a bit carp.

Never seen them before but really like them. All the small details of stuff in the background are good too (like the "EU want's to rename your children" headine on the paper for example).

Could be funny but spoiled by illiteracy and genuine racist slurs.

Read my OP - they are deliberately written in the pidgin English you'd expect a visitor from that country to use

One train is the 3.10 to Yuma, the other is the midnight train going anywhere. Excellent attention to detail.

hehe

Not racist at all. I'm sure there are people on here who would take offence at a cup of "white" coffee.

Just noticed the dusty world cup on the mantelpiece and the registration of the mini in the picture. And Poland coming out of the house hehe

The more you look, the more subtle jokes you notice!

Polandball meme.

http://www.reddit.com/r/polandball

read the rules, there is a cannon of bad phonetic english for everyone but the UK, and very stereotyped.

Some genius political commentary buried in there too!
