On an extremely rare foray into Linkedin, I've just seen a personnel manager described as, and I quote: a 'Talent acquisition business partner'.

Shoot me now, but not before I've had the chance to temporarily assume the role of a hot beverage coordination imagineer.

"I am a Dyson Engineer"
No, you're not. You're a jumped-up fitter with a shiny van.

I once met a Clinical Undergraduate Nurse Tutor. That job title didn't last long.

I do hope that whoever came up with that did so intentionally, and derived great merriment from it biggrin

Every position within a marketing company seems to be an "executive", apparently.
They also have about five levels of account management...all "executives" though...

I worked briefly in car sales a few years ago and was apparently a 'Sales Executive'! biggrin

The definition of an executive is apparently:

Relating to or having the power to put plans or actions into effect.

A person with senior managerial responsibility in a business.

You want floor mats? Hang on, I'll just go and ask my Sales Manager if we can do that. getmecoat

'Business Manager' was another good one. Cool gig huh, managing businesses? Nope, flogging PCP deals and GAP insurance. smile

My brother has a 6 word job title, but with no verbs. It's quite strange. He works in IT, and I can't recall it exactly, but it's something like Outsouce Project Corordination Consultation Managed Mediation.

Not a verb to be seen. Whatever his title is, it doesn't actually say what he does. But I know he's good at it, and is paid very well.

I think two more promotions and he gets his own verb.

i believe this is because traditionally after managers and senior managers you had directors, but that title now has potentially serious legal ramifications. VP is a nothing title, so can be used

"Ridiculous over blow job titties" is clearly not being discussed here.

My mistake.

I should leave.

Officers.

When did all the top corporate position holders become Officers?

Chief Executive Officer.
Chief Operating Officer.
Chief Financial Officer.

I don't really care, I just wanted to join in.

I just applied for an 'executive' post yesterday. Customer relations executive.

It's basically glorified customer services from what I can make out.
