Daughter hates her car, (well, which daughter wouldn't hate an Audi 80 Cabrio as their first car)? banghead

So yesterday I stuck it on Ebay for sts and giggles with a small reserve.

It's already up to €500 with 6 days left to go laugh

If it sells, I'll buy her something else, that'll teach her biggrin
What an ungrateful wretch. Sell it, buy a really good bottle of booze with the money(what's a nice claret cost?) and drink it in front of her; drinkif my parents had bought me a functioning car of any kind I'd have been rather more grateful, I had to buy my own.

Evil temptation; it's a good job I live 30 minutes from the nearest supermarket.

I've been very good so far, not touched the tube of 48 Jaffa Cakes I was given for Christmas. I fear that once I open the packet I'll eat all of them in one sitting.

To assist in not eating them, I've been raiding my mother-in-law's kitchen for Jaffa Cakes. Part of her weekly shop is a pair of 24-packs..... lick

Yes. But eating them means my emergency rations at home remain intact wink

Tell me about it...With Z doing most of the cooking I'm gaining weight. I think she's a feeder.

We're having competitive weight loss at work. If you gain a pound you have to put a pound in the pot with proceeds after twelve weeks going to chairadee.

First week a bloke put on 0.8 lb but wouldn't put a pound in because it wasn't a full pound.

I've lost 1.8 and 0.8 so far but stupidly I set myself a stone to lose. A whole 14 pounds! In twelve weeks!

Madness.
