At the risk of being moved to the Food and Drink area, what would you do with a leftover pork joint? I did a roasty just for me the other day, stuffed myself senseless and had a an absolute doorstep of a sandwich today, yet there's still about 3/4 of a kilo of pig bits left.

This , as it's pork you have 5 days left to eat it , stir fry first then curry for later.Curry is the best keeper , that's why they did in Indian.
Luckily, only a 15 minute walk from here, is a little Asian supermarket run by an old couple who import all kinds of authentic goodies. They'll sell me what I need to make it a tasty pot of bubbly goodness. I'll pick up a plate of those sweet pastry (meetha?) thingies too...
