Sorry I missed you biggrin
Oh well, I'm sure I'll be back at some point as I'm now thoroughly addicted! Despite the monsoon weather I managed to bang in 3 respectable (about 11:30) laps on Sunday in an R4R Swift - only my lack of money at €65/lap stopped me staying out there all day! driving

Penne pasta with spicy sauce for dinner.

I still have a cupboard full to bursting with jars of sauce.

That's actually quite impressive. clap
The times from this clicky (which are obviously subject to all kinds of caveats) show the Swift managing a 9:00.10 (number 330 on the list). Good pedalling CC.

bowtie

I can mainly thank the ring veteran Synchromesh for doing a sighting lap in his car, then riding along telling me the lines and braking points on my first lap.
I'd love to go back on a dry day and see if I can break the 10 minute barrier biggrin

Careful, it can get addictive. Part of it will always be with you.

And the more you go, and the more you talk about banging in laps and the like, the bigger that piece gets and it can take over.

And then you are nothing but a huge ring piece.

Is it the Renegade? The guy next to me has a new Grand Cherokee every three or four years and thinks the Renegade is a proper chip-off-the-old-block Jeep and worthy of your most earnest consideration. That's not quite how he put it but rest assured he's all for it. He likes everything about Jeep: the cars, the people, the service, the deals you can get, everything.
Yes Dicky the new renegade. The 2.0d 4wd in limited trim is ticking all the boxes so far.
Edited to add
Even though I absolutely dont need a new car as I have only had this one 15months.

To be honest I would just be happy being shotgun on a few laps of the ring, because I'm a crap driver.
