Well I've got good news and bad - went home at lunchtime and the mug has indeed arrived (good), however it was contained within a helpful little plastic bag from Royal Fail apologising for breaking it (bad). Foreseeing this eventuality, I ordered spares. I'll be back home at the weekend and will send another.
The Quattro needs a new exhaust middle box thanks to my drive steepness, so went to enquire at a local exhaust place, no not quixfix , they quoted my £235 plus vat and 1 and a half hours work???......?
I'm no mechanic but I reckon I could do it quicker and save by buying on line.
No wonder the high street are going out of business.

I didn't have a lot of time when I was at home to look into it but from how I understood it the bag seemed to be suggesting that you can ring up Royal Fail and they will do something about it as they are admitting that it's their fault.
