Sticky floors in the toilet? The Blue Oyster was never like that in my day.
Cult?
No, from a silly film. It's quite a famous tune, La Bimbo.

There's been a load of posters at railway stations down my way put up with various examples of immigrants who are doing well and are contributing in some way to the UK. I think it's all to do with an anti-xenophobia campaign, which for the examples they are using, is all well and good. Anyone who chooses to come here and work, paying their taxes and basically giving back to the country that they now call home is fine by me. However, I've not yet seen the poster in the series that describes the illegal immigrant who works cash in hand and gives nothing back.

Funny that scratchchin

It's a bit late in the day for coffee, but such an amazing mug needs to be christened properly.

It arrived in one piece. Cheers Mr.C!

I nearly forgot to take a photo.

"First Class Signed for, please." was all I wanted.
No, I don't need it to be tracked, no I don't need it to be guaranteed overnight delivery, no it's not on your Prohibited List. No, really lady, I have no reason to watch online as it's being bounced about from here to Southampton via Bristol before ending up in Gloucester. No I don't need to insure it for more than £100 as it's just a thin sliver of moulded plastic.
Just "First Class Signed For, please" like I requested about a week ago.

She's going to stamp on it with her size sevens, isn't she?

Guy I used to work with went off sick a couple of years ago. Headaches, lethargy, issues with his eyesight.

Brain tumour.

He under went lots of radiotherapy, apparently chemotherapy would do no good.

He managed to come back to work around a year ago, although he wasn't quite the same. He lasted a few weeks on part time hours then went off again.

He died today, at lunchtime. Leaving behind a wife and 2 young children. He wasn't even 40.

Life is a fking bd. He was the nicest, kindest, jovial, big santa look-alike you could have ever met, he'd never have harmed a fly.

Glad you're pleased with it, Evo. This has been more successful than the shot glasses for TT4, I reckon.

I've just watched Jodie Kidd abuse an XJ 220 on a country lane. Grounding it three times didn't seem to bother her as much as it should have done.

Just watched my Discovery being driven off by a very happy new owner. Its the first time I've ever sold a car, and it feels quite strange.

Now, who wants to buy a steam engine?

Production Meeting:
"Let's get Jodie to drive a seven foot wide car down an eight foot wide country lane and see what happens."
"Ooh, ooh, what about a million pound car with no ground clearance?"

The Princesses love both Airplane and Airplane II, so I've been lucky to see them both on dvd a few times in the last couple of years biglaugh

Earlier Princess Junior was doing some online rubbish quiz about what inaminate object your personality indicates, "This is rubbish, the first time I did it I was a hammer, this time I'm an apple!"

Princess Senior: "Hardcore" hehe
