From experience you either need to have the mug with you or carry a picture of you holding the mug.

It avoids all the , 'yeah, yeah...and I'm Michael Jackson' carry on.

I've got a handy matchbox sized picture which goes neatly into my wallet...laminated, of course.

Security Questions:

(a) Are you carrying a gun?
(b) Are you happy to see me?
(c) Do you have a Trivial Towers mug secreted about your person?

I have carried my TT mug on the bike. Sadly it was too big to fit in the bike jacket pocket but fitted like a glove in a hoodie pocket.

Riding a quad wearing a hoodie made me look jolly 'council'.

Did you mention you own a TT mug?

It's like an Access All Areas Pass in some quarters.
I will take it to the venue in November, that should do the trick.

See if Mr Grohl will sign the underside. Or if he'd like one. I understand that Dicky had spares?

There are spares. The last of the anticipated orders are in now so I can have a reckoning.

Organisation? At this late stage?

My genius for ineptitude put in question?

Never!

Just saw one of the local Ferraris, a white 458. Last week he had a bland bog-standard 5 digit number plate on it.

This evening he had number '458' on it. I wonder how much he paid for that? I know '911' went for £40k.

sweep up blasting grit, shovel grit into bags, empty bags into blaster, grit blaster blows it all over the floor, sweep up grit, shovel grit into bags, empty bags into blaster...

Today has been repetitive, but at least I'll never have to join a Gym

I pass a black, face lifted Barchetta on my commute some mornings. Looks good and has the roof down often.
Saw the blue one again this evening, going to have to get mine out on the commute and try the wave at a

bemused Barchetta driver.

Depends how far I dare go in investigating my exhaust blow.

I have the VW Funcup on TV,remember the series where a numpty in a polo invaded the track.

It's more fun and entertainment than 10 years of F1.

I'm going to keep posting till someone interupts.

Today I had a delivery next door to Brooklands,a fairly well Known race track of old, apparently.

Some of the roads were named after legends from BITD,John Cobb,Campbell but one was called Segrave.

THAT is not the way to spell SEAGRAVE as in Sir Henry.

Strongly worded email required to the local council to put that right.
