We do. Glorious day and soon to be eating ice cream on a warm seafront. Later it will be fish and chips and a stroll on the downs. Enjoy work today smile

Not much use though. Not many of us actually work in a bank.

We've got another Bank Holiday next week too. Celebrating the surrender of the Germans 70 years ago.

Whereabouts in WelshWelshWales is that mini-railway? I went on one a few years back from Aberystwyth to Devil's Bridge and it was quite excellent... even if my Dad was glued to the side of the train as far from the sheer drop-off as possible (he's scared of heights, and at the time he was quite fat, so it was fairly sensible actually).

So far I have this week's at £36, although I still need to buy next Sunday's roast, so that will take it nearer to £50 for three (well, 2.5) of us.

Some cars are born classic, some cars achieve classicness and some cars have classicness thrust upon them.
I'd rather have the CX-75 I think. God I wish Jaguar would make that car, with the turbines preferably but it still sounded surprisingly good with the 4cyl.

It looks so much better than the other three 'hypercars' to my eyes, less aggressive than LaFerrari and the P1 but more beautiful than the 918.

We do, although it's not for the purpose or furtherance of man-love. Strictly to allow those hardworking bank tellers a break from counting pensioners copper jars and doleing out fivers.

Special people get a bad enough deal without you strolling on them!

Well you had one Friday. We couldn't even buy a packet of fags or head ache pills for a hangover!

Strange that lived here in Aber for about 40 years never once wanted to go on that , much prefer to drive to Devils Bridge ,hellava road.

You're being deliberately obtuse.

But I can't be too irritable with you, after all, you introduced me to Dettol Mould and Mildew Remover Spray.

Which works a treat, just as you said.

I 'was told' that should they ever divorce the children will automatically be place into the custody of William. The reason given being 'well he's the future king init, so he can;t be staying with the plebs'. is that true? (the first bit not the plebby last bit).

It sure is! You lot are bloomin' spoiled for nice tarmac over there. Even the A44, if you get a good clear run on it, is crackin', and that's a sanitised A road.
