In his video of the DRD Paratus suitcase gun,,he shoots a pick up,truck.

http://youtu.be/SJ8Ndkg8urw

Just before he shoots it he says " maybe we see a bit of shrapnel "

As it blows to pieces a huge piece of shrapnel, wings past him, which if it had hit him would probably have killed him!

Calm as you like he says, " ok maybe a lot of shrapnel!"

Classic!
In this one the cameraman takes a bit of shrapnel to the leg - ouch.

Krakow, Poland. Pass some cash under the counter of the hotel (gun range is part of hotel) and you can even fire a tommy gun.

We got to use loads of guns for a little amount of money. The bloke running it was terrifying and was not to be messed with!
Whenever I travel abroad I hunt out a range and hire some guns.

Last time i was in Hungary I could only find stag weekend type places and as a colleague was with me we did one of the packages to fire everything he had. Just one magazine each. Was fun but I'd rather gave just had one and 200 rounds.

Anyway that guy would have snapped us like twigs. He had a look about him. It not very often you look at somebody and KNOW they could kill you in an instant. He was intense lol.
Exactly how this guy was. Not a big fella, not muscle bound or anything shaved head, slim but you just knew if you tried anything he would wear you as a belt for a trophy. He just had a look about him and we tried chatting to him to find out about him. He refused to talk about it but did agree to show us how good he was with the guns and hit dead centre with everyone and even did a few trick shots.

I wasn't really sure, I thought he was a Georgian or something like that, never mind I think we all know it's over acted and made for camera!

Still great fun to watch though!

You know that thing they always do in the movies? Firing a hand gun in quick succession, out of ammo, hit the release, spend magazine falls out of the grip then they bang a live one in, rachet the top of the gun and carry on firing?

I really want to have a go at that! shoot

Apologies if all the terminology is wrong, I know less than nothing about this, just every time I watch an action movie and someone does this I want to try it! biggrin

Is there any where you can have a go? And shoot targets obviously, once reloaded. tank
Prague, went a few years ago for a mates stag-do, shot .45 Magnum, a Glock, AK-47, M-16, A pump action shotgun of some sort, a Russian sniper rifle, and finally skeet shooting.

He is Georgian - just the US, rather than Russian variety.

You can fire handguns in Jersey if you didn't want to travel far. I haven't done it myself but a few mates have. Think they only paid a tenner or something insignificant to fire a 44 magnum and some 9mm pistol. I'll try and find some details if you like?

You can sometimes get up to Pirbright camp and shoot MOD Browning / Glock / Sig pistols & various rifles for a charitable donation although no full auto.
