Cribbins is going nowhere, he's ripe as a berry on salty dog and me.

I reckon Bernard is good for a few years yet. I certainly hope so.

Roger Moore sounded very tired on R4 a few month ago, so I hope we arent going to lose a James Bond any time soon. (I don't count David Niven as a Bond...)

As well as Leslie Phillips, I am obliged to nominate Bill Maynard.

After seeing him on Fast 'n' Loud I'd agree. he looks well gone, plus he was recently declared bankrupt. Not looking good for him really.

You have got to be kidding me. The last time this thing was going Michael Schumacher had his accident and suddenly it was not considered such a good idea after all.

Quite why it takes someone that close to cars to die to make it bad taste I don't know. You're betting on people's lives here, how can this be anything other than sick?

Who's going to bet on Schumacher or any racing driver who might have a nasty accident? What if Jules Bianchi passes away?

No-one is betting, just trying to forecast which celebrity might pop their clogs first next year it may be bad taste, but some of us quite like dark humour, if you don't want to participate then don't.

Clive James?

Has been predicting his own departure for a couple of years now and seems to be have been hanging on against the odds.

It seems that it is OK to predict the death of someone who is old and infirm - but not if they are "youngish" and poorly because of an accident.

We nearly lost Clarke Carlyle last night.

But he wouldn't have counted as it would have been this year. wink

Ginger Baker, he's been fked for years, but now he's 'beat' his nemesis once and for all, surely he'll be next?

If anyone was predicting Jeremy Lloyd (of Lloyd & Croft, writers of many classic sitcoms including Dad's Army, 'Allo 'Allo, It ain't Half Hot Mum, and Hi-De-Hi) then you can scratch him off.
