More "wishing death on people".

Is this right?

It's not meant to be wishing them dead, no.

As I said earlier in the thread, the rules used to disallow people that were known to be ill/ at deaths doors due to age

Amy Winehouse, Heath Ledger, Michael Jackson would qualify, a 90yo or someone with cancer nono

Fergie87 was two days too early, Luise Rainer has already kicked the bucket.

No one is wishing anyone else dies, just having a little wager on who will.

Not wanting to be a killjoy, but I can see Eric Mc’s point. If people were having a sweepstake on which one of my family would die next, I’d think it was in very bad taste. Does celebrity status make other people fair game?

Just a thought.

Back to the fun.

It's just a light hearted list, if he doesn't like it then don't keep posting the same drivel on here.

I don't find the workings of an aeroplane fascinating or some plastic model kit that an 8 year old can build.

Therefor I don't post negative stuff on those type of threads.

I actually have no problem with the basic premise of such a thread. But every so often people do actually post comments which indicate that somebody's death would please them - for some odd reason.

THAT'S the issue that concerns me.

For instance, somebody said "Michael Barrymore for me please". That's just crass.

As the OP, for whatever that's worth, I agree wholeheartedly with Eric.

In that instance, I read it with a missing comma between me & please.

Can we make an exception for Justin Bieber?
