hehe at my mum explaining what a blowjob is, where Elaine is reinflating Otto. I was about 6 and didn't understand it at all. "Why's she doing that mum? And why's he smiling? What's she doing to him?"

"Oh, one last thing, does anyone know how to fly a plane."

Cue panic in the aisle and enter right a proper pair of 70s boobies, exit left, that I probably shouldn't post an image of.

<busy fixing instrument panel>
"I need a screwdriver."
<receives vodka and orange and throws it in face>

That scene doesn't really translate very well to text....

Chump don' want no help, chump don't GET da' help!
As you might know, in Germany all movies have dialogues in german (unless you go into arthouse cinemas).

The translators really did not know what to to with the "jive talk" Scene

so they had these black guys synchronized in the deepest bavarian accent....rolleyes

Otherwise the german version is quite good, sides hurt from laughing watching it first time.

This thread is now passing gate 13, gate 14, gate 15......

Best thread in ages smile

Regarding Otto's BJ scene, my mum told me that Elaine was blowing him up, because he was going down (fnar). She was blowing him up with his willy, because they're silly people and it's a funny film, and he's smiling because it tickles. "Imagine someone blowing on your willy", she said, "it would tickle a lot, wouldn't it?"

Good/quick thinking by my mum.
