Do you (non-preppers) regularly carry a pocket knife/tool?
Discussion
I've got a Squirt PS4 on my car keys, a Style on my house keys and occasionally have a Wave in the car.
I did have it in the car all the time doing my previous job, but decided that I can't really explain it away if pulled and queried by Police in my current job, so usually it stays at home.
Always the pessimist, me!

Leatherman Wave owner here, usually have it on my belt day to day to use in my trade.
Quite surprising to see it being missed a few times on body searches when on-shift though.
Leatherman Wave here also. Stays on my kit belt when at work, been useful a number of times, taken windows out without damaging them rather than smashing the window or door in. Quite surprising to see it being missed a few times on body searches when on-shift though.
The scissors on them are pretty useful as well!

That being said, London guards are a definite B-team these days.
There is a a "Show us your Leatherman" thread somewhere which has some impressive kit on it for sure.
I have had this Gerber Crucial for a while now and it lives happily in a pocket (with belt clip removed). It's blade is only 60mm and the body folded is only 90mm, but is is very well made and has just the right amount of functions to be very useful. One handed operation of the knife is a simple but must have feature on a pocket tool.

I carry a leatherman type multitool with me, it was a gizzet from a project I worked on some years ago and has lasted well despite having no brand name on it.
I am surprised that some people don't carry anything like this around, what would you do if you found a horse with a stone in its hoof ?
