Sitting watching the music channel at the weekend and the new one direction video comes on, its filmed at NASA in one part they blast off in a space shuttle. At this point she looks at me and says "you do know they are not actually flying that, Its just a giant STIMULATOR" laugh

We're currently in florida and had a long day at one of the parks. We were all tired from walking/queuing so headed for a gentle ride that involved a lot of sitting down.

When we got there the queue was 40 minutes, but my wife insisted on queuing for it as she "needed a break". pointing out that there were perfectly good benches/resturaunts etc outside fell on deaf ears.

We're watching the World Athletics Champs on the beeb over dinner:

Her: "Is this live?"
Me: "No, it's highlights"
Her (confused): "But they are 7 hours ahead so it's tomorrow there".

Mrs Nailedon has two of these for picnics. I suspect that she is being deliberately risqué.

Our daughter in law spots them. Gets it wrong. "Why don't you keep those in the bedroom?"
Embarrassment all round. I had warned SWMBO. Still my fault.
But what do you do if your banana is too big to fit...?

I mentioned I was concerned the Chinese financial crisis might affect us.

Mrs CLF didn't see why, and anyway it's all caused because they sell everything for a pound.

confused

I'll call the Chinese Embassy to point out the error of their ways.

That is a very good Classic thumbup

I can't even think how she might have muddled those two given the geographical locations / appearance / names etc...
Oh boy, she has no sense of direction or distance at all, hates driving

Our car is an Impreza WRX , she holds the world record for the slowest one has ever been driven in the wrong gear

It was painful , I couldn't drive for a week but had to look out of the window biting my lip

Before I met her she told me her sister lives in Northampton , westone

She drove down from Warrington to see her , westone is about a mile off the M1 , when she hadn't found the house after an hour she rang up.

My brother in law asked where she was, I can see a library, OK which library

Corby library, 15 fking miles away

Stonehenge could be a feature in the middle of hadrians wall as far as she's concerned

Hey, 50% of people can't even put an apostrophe in the right place, words that sound similar have no chance...

She's just muttered under her breath at a long list of Google results:
"I must have dreamed it last night"
Me "What?"
"Dumbo died"
Me "WHAT?!!"
"I must have dreamed that Dumbo died"
Me "And you're actually Googling to see if Dumbo's dead????"
"Yes"

Yes,Dumbo was a baby elephant when the film was made in 1941, so he could still be alive?

Just off to Google to check
