that shows some other hopeless case of about 60 (Probably actually 39 biggrin) who is going to spend his on "new teeth" because, to be fair, his were either missing, or knackered.
That sounds like me.

A new one - having an offy that you use quite often. And calling it an offy.
That'll be me!
I'd love to use an proper offy, where have they all disappeared to?
Used to love the days where you could sneak 'round the back' for a few cans and some fags. (Yes, VERY council!).

I say cans because referring to them as 'tinnys' is council.

I feel guilty as I have two "proper offy's" within a 4 minute walk of my front door.

I purchased some Tesco chicken Kievs and chips on the way home tonight. I couldn't quite bring myself to buy the Value version sadly. My son looked at me like I'd molested his pet when i told him he'd be joining me on this particular culinary adventure (my wife has flatly refused to join in). I'll report back once consumed.

There's one in Kentish Town, run by two old Turkish brothers, called "Drinkers' Paradise". It's well named, with a fantastic range of beers. Nothing that good in Hampstead or Highgate.

Two knackered old blue Ford Probes, a knackered silver PT Cruiser and a manky old (knackered) disused trampoline all residing at one address.

I can confirm this is at least 'a bit council' (and a fking eyesore to boot!)
When are you going to get round to shifting it?

The two I use in Clapham are non-descript, I wish they had a name like "Drinkers' Paradise". I like visiting my sister in Sandhurst as I get to use their offy called the "Treasure" smile

As an aside, my London offy charges me £1 per can, it seems as soon as you venture outside the M25 you're looking at the thick end of £5 for 4 beers!

To be fair, my "offy" is a Wine Rack so I'm not sure that counts, however to me it is the "offy"; there is one within a one minute walk from work and another 5 minutes from home.

There used to be a great 'offy' near where I lived in Earls Court, 2/4/8 am - pop down and grab a few beers and a bottle of wine!

It was meant to be a little tongue in cheek.

I do that, but I call it being disciplined with money, realistically I can buy what I want on a card or from savings but like to have the money spare in my current account at the end of the month, then get paid and buy whatever tat I am on about.
