A lot of the council riff raff have 116i's and 118d's that have been to the moon and back and they have paid little for them.

That's why the BMW 1'er is now seen as a bit council.

Although your dog may be a nice dog unfortunately the image is that they are preserve of council scussers. Aside from that they are a bit council anyway because they are aggressive and chew children.

I'll agree on the image part, which is a shame as they are a lovely breed. I don't think ours has ever chewed a child, licked a few & pushed them over by accident as she's not used to them that's all. I think we'd know if she'd eaten one, even the local scummers would complain at the loss of an 'income device'.
