Glad to be of service.

Anyway....

Can I suggest the wearing of headphones?

In the privacy of your own home, acceptable.

In public, Council. Gives off that - "I don't give a fk about anything going on around me" ambience.

Also, T bags. Because - won't make the effort to enjoy T as it should be.... Council.

It's usually so loud on the headphones that you can hear it anyway, but yes, public broadcast does take it a step further.

yes

I have increasingly noticed they play music at full volume so they can hear the headphones hung around their neck instead of covering their ears scratchchin

The entire contents of a weekly shop bar spuds containing chocolate.

Was stuck behind Mum & Daughter yesterday in Chavda whilst they battled with self checkout "bagging area challenge" didn't know whether to laugh or cry.

Edit: sorry forgot they did buy 2 Pot Noodles as well.

Another gem from my local facebook selling site, probably got social services paying a visit.

I don't think any of them cut their grass, ever. The joys of having a free house, nothing is your problem!

I'm going to word this carefully...
Why do certain larger women who reside in certain areas feel the need to scrape their hair back to within an inch of its life?

A lot of stick for Superdry clothes, but what about the budget version of those by the name of Tokyo Laundry? I've got a few items by them, mainly from TK Maxx (is that council too?), and they look to be in a similar style to Superdry just a lot cheaper...

Mod note: I think we can all agree that this should never be spoken of.

I regularly shop at TKMaxx, so no, definitely not council.

I'm afraid it's very council. Clothes from brands that no one wants (bright colors, odd sizes) at bargain prices.. No where better to get a bright green Ralph Lauren polo with huge yellow horse logo.

See also 'designer outlets' especially in the north west (Cheshire oaks), white range rovers on finance and orange faces. Also seen on Orlando holidays, and having 'cheeky nandos'.

Sorry.

Hugely council. Sells ghastly clothing as well. Not that I've ever been in there. whistle

My mother shops at TK Max. Is it permitted to shop there in a 'so posh that it's ironic' type way?

Calling people "Mate".
Lol, I'm council as fk, mate.
Calling people one doesn't know 'mate'? Definitely council. Being proud of being proven 'a bit council'? Stop the benefits, there's no hope.

Only if she views TK MAXX as some kind of charity shop for the less well off, and she's buying for someone else.
