Listen, I'm far from perfect, but the following spring to mind:

Visible Tattoos, well okay not all, I s'pose I mean the almost identical ones people get in almost identical places because it's "individual"

I'm sure there are more...
Tribal markings, which mean bugger all to the person who has it.

Here's one for you; does 'cahncil' actually have more fun?

I was at a party in the park-type thing last night, and the feral under-classes seemed to be enjoying themselves much more than the polite middle-class folk.

Obviously the large volumes of cheap lager and boxed sweet wine, the vaping, the enormous quantity of sticky sweets for the kids, the visible and rather poorly-executed tats, the awful language and high-volume swearing at their badly-behaved children marked 'them' out, but - you know what - they were having fun and laughing a lot. A lot more than everyone else. I know with whom I wanted to sit, but I may have missed out!
Agreed.

The upper class and lower class know how to have fun.

It is the leased, new build, "shoes off please" lot who (think they) are in the middle who have a stick up their bums.
I found this hilarious due to the accuracy of the post roflrofl

It really is textbook as I've found those in the middle to constantly have sticks up their arses.
People reliant on benefits and the very rich have less to worry about....
When at a large social gathering, I care about my children, I cannot get drunk and ignore/shout at them, I try hard to make sure that my behaviour doesn't impede others' enjoyment. I still have fun but not the drunken, carefree debauchery that you describe.

Not entirely sure what I'm trying to say here!

Whenever I hear 'Turkey' I always think of Christmas. I'd go to Istanbul but nowhere else tbh.

Have we done this......

People who fit large 'Pistonheads smiley' stickers on their car? boxedin: I always think it looks chav regardless of where it is and on what car. A 2inch one max should be the rule (if you have to).

I'm in Istanbul now, actually laying in bed and wondering what to see today. Very interesting place, here for a couple of days with the OH, left the kids at home. Miss to dog more than the kids...that's probably council tho...

.....and then going into that shop with their clothes reeking of the smoke. Apparently completely oblivious of the problem.

I'd better read all the rest of this thread to get more tips on being council. I have to behave in a fitting way now I have been designated as such!
