The majority of people who go there think they're posh, but they certainly aren't. It's just Benidorm, but ten hours away.

A few beautiful resorts are located close by, but Cancun - dump.

Cancun vrs Pattaya ?, same, both council but the wes (see Council for "girlfriend in Thailand) are cheaper in Pattaya

To be honest I've always found center parcs to be of a reasonable standard of human.

People flying first class always get there quicker and you get to disembark first up the sharp end. Acapulco, now you're talking. Not a councillor in sight. Far too posh.
