A "gentleman" has just walked past the house; open can of White Lightening in one hand and 4 cans of Strongbow in the other.
It hasn't been updated in years, but the Trampjuice website used to make great reading! northwest monkey said:
Black leggings.
Aged 16 or 66, size 8 or size 28, it doesn't matter. They are pretty much the clothing of choice for the councilette. Worn with Uggs (fake, obviously), heels, trainers or slippers (while walking round the Co-op) they are ubiquitous.
Normally the very cheap thin ones which means you do also get the occasional glimpse of underwear - or lack of. Not so bad on the size 8, not that great on the size 28.
Good God yes. They're the tackiest piece of 'clothing' one could wear.Aged 16 or 66, size 8 or size 28, it doesn't matter. They are pretty much the clothing of choice for the councilette. Barely acceptable when combined with something like denim shorts, but worn on their own with the outline of underwear showing for the world to see - no thanks.

I'm especially impressed if the OH does this - extra bonus points if her underwear is visible.
Not council. Just excellent.
Have we had kiddies motocross bikes yet?
"Normal" people may sometimes buy these, but they won't hang on to them for long as some council scrote will have it away in no time so that little Jayden can ride it, helmetless, around the local estate.
A friend of mine had a local motocross and trials bike shop and his insurance wouldn't let him have them on the premises and if people came in asking for them he'd have them very swiftly out of the shop. "Utter scum" to quote.
Another mate has a scooter dealership near Halifax and he put a little Aprilia 50cc crosser in the window - this affected trade very adversely and attracted council scum like flies to st. No end of hassle - his car got stolen and after a couple of weeks the shop actually got ramraided for the bike. A lesson learned and he won't touch them now.

I know we've had these already, but this just popped up on my FB (council, I know) and it's so gash that I had to put it on here
Having children out of wedlock. Oh dear, the shame. Standards, standards!EDIT: ignore me, I misread the dates. They are still council though.

So possibly trailertrash and not bonafide council? (Although it's a posh trailer if so). Pedantry is council too?

Just imagine council in any other country, Bavaria, Bangladesh, Botswana, or Bangor Maine for that matter.
No way, Pedro. Rule Britannia.
